For most people, consistency is not a problem...
The real problem is that they are consistently doing the wrong things.
They consistently watch Netflix...
They consistently eat poor food...
They consistently produce low-quality work...
They consistently waste their time…
On the other hand ... if they were consistently doing things to take them forward in life...
Imagine where they'd be today...
So, is consistency the key?
Because if you're consistently making poor choices...
You're going to lose in life.
That's the truth.
Consistency is how often you are doing something
It's rooted in habit.
Your habits are actions that you repeat on a daily basis...
They are a constant in your life.
You are consistent with your habits.
So, if you're looking to increase your consistency…
…and kill it every day…
Ask yourself this first...
"What are my habits and are they going to help me reach my goals?"
99% of people can admit they have habits that aren't productive for their goals.
Can you?
Because if you can...
First, you have to establish some new habits.
If you’re looking to build new habits ... it really just comes down to this…
You have to force them into your regimen by doing them every day.
The best way that I create new habits is through a tool I use called the Power List.
It’s not a complex tool…
In fact, it’s very simple.
The Power List is a list of 5 critical tasks you must complete every day to help you reach your goals.
The entire purpose behind the Power List is to help you develop successful habits along with the habit of WINNING.
All you have to do is execute on your critical tasks day after day…
The Power List puts the score right in front of your face.
You either complete all 5 tasks and win the day…
Or you fall short and lose the day.
You’re responsible for the outcome.
If you can string enough wins in a row…
Congratulations…
You’re developing new habits out of your critical tasks.
When you’re consistent with these successful habits…
Only then will consistency become the “key.”
But how many days do you need to win in a row to form a new habit and solidify your consistency?
The truth is…
If you want to develop a new habit…
There is no magic number of days that you have to perform the action…
It’s going to be different for everyone.
But before you can form a new habit…
You have to be disciplined in your daily actions.
This is where most people fall short…
They lack the discipline that is necessary for them to form new habits.
You know it’s true.
The reason you aren’t consistent in the right things is because you lack the discipline.
But, if you're following The Power List...
After doing a critical task for 21 days in a row ... it becomes a new habit that you've made.
That means you can take it off of the Power List ... and replace it with a new critical task that will move you forward.
If you don’t have the discipline you need to form new, productive habits…
I recommend you start by doing 75 HARD.
75 HARD is a transformative mental toughness program that is designed to develop your discipline along with other skills such as…
Grit…
Fortitude…
Confidence…
Self-belief…
Self-worth…
…and so much more.
75 HARD will give you 5 tasks that you must complete each day for 75 days straight.
Zero compromises…
Zero substitutions…
Zero exceptions.
I guarantee you this…
If you complete the program exactly as I lay it out for you ... you and your life will never be the same again.
Above all ... it will give you the discipline you need to execute on the critical tasks that you’re looking to become consistent with.
At the end of the day…
You can be consistent and still never reach your goals.
Because it’s not about consistency…
It’s about being consistent with the right actions...
Which actually requires discipline.
So, if you’re looking for ways to become more consistent…
1. Make sure you’re focused on becoming disciplined with productive habits that will help you reach success.
2. Focus on building the discipline necessary to execute on those habits every single day.
Your actions are cumulative…
So, when you combine discipline with consistency in the right actions…
Absolutely nothing can stop you from reaching your goals with enough time.
Nothing.
