Do you ever have the feeling of being out of control?

It's like life just keeps happening to you ... and you have no control over which direction you end up going.

I get it, I've been there too.

It's frustrating...

It's lonely...

It's difficult...

But it doesn't have to be that way.

What you need to understand is that you are always in control.

Are there certain things that are unavoidable?

Of course...

But you have much more control than you think...

You just haven't started practicing it yet.

That's okay though...

Because I'm going to tell you everything you need to know to finally take control of your life for good.

Yes ... it's going to be hard...

But it's also going to be worth it.

Forget About What You Can’t Control

Like I said earlier, there are going to be things that happen in your life that are completely out of your control.

That's okay.

Maybe a friend or family member passed away...

Maybe your basement flooded during a storm...

Maybe you get a flat tire on your way to work...

These bad things are going to happen.

Life is hard. The sooner you can learn to expect these things ... the less likely you'll react to them in a negative way.

In other words, you have to create space for these things in your mind.

If you're always expecting sunshine and rainbows ... you're going to be disappointed.

Quit worrying about the things that you can't control.

It will give you much more peace of mind ... and help you transition to what's really important if you're looking to get in control of your life.

Focus On What You Can Control

Even though there will be things that happen to you that aren't in your control...

There are plenty of factors that are in your control on a daily basis that will help you regain the feeling of control in your life.

These are things like the foods you eat...

The workouts you do...

The books you read...

The content you consume...

The people you surround yourself with...

The effort you put into your craft...

The list goes on and on.

When you switch your focus to controlling these factors ... you'll start to get the feeling of being in control.

When you start keeping track of the foods you eat ... and eat foods that are healthier for you...

Your health, body, and mind will all benefit greatly.

You'll feel better, look better, and be much more productive.

When you start reading books that are focused on your personal development...

You'll have more knowledge ... you'll gain perspective ... and your brain will be sharp and focused.

When you start putting extra effort and work into your craft...

You'll provide more value and make more money as a result.

As you can see, when you take complete control of yourself and your habits...

Everything around you can start to change very quickly for the better.

Cut Out Anything That Doesn't Serve You

A huge part of taking control of your life is getting rid of the things that are a hindrance to your progression.

I would first consider what it is that you're trying to accomplish in life.

Maybe you want to build a multi-billion dollar empire...

Or maybe you just want to be the best spouse and parent you can be.

Whatever your goal is ... it should be reflected in every action that you take on a daily basis.

Is sitting around and watching TV going to help with your goals? Absolutely not.

Is hanging around people who are negative influences going to help with your goals? Nope.

Understand that these bad habits are exactly what lead you to this feeling of being out of control.

You're not building the life that you truly want in your heart ... which disappoints you.

Start 75 HARD
