It’s having complete certainty in your capability and your potential.

Having self-esteem is crucial when it comes to doing new and challenging things.

What most people don’t understand, is that having self-esteem isn’t as simple as just starting to believe in yourself out of nowhere…

It isn’t easy or automatic…

It doesn’t matter what you see on the internet about “self-love”...
