Society has left most people confused about what it takes to be truly confident.
You aren't born with confidence...
You can't buy confidence...
You can't fake confidence...
You don't deserve confidence...
You can't "choose" confidence...
Confidence must be earned.
Once you have confidence ... you have to keep working hard to maintain and build upon it too.
It's a skill … a perishable one.
If you truly want to build bulletproof confidence...
Here's what you need to do...
In case nobody has told you the truth, your confidence must be earned.
You may think you can say a few positive affirmations and come to terms with who you are to build your confidence...
But that's false.
Confidence is a skill you create through your actions.
It's about making a decision about who you are, and committing yourself to becoming that person.
On top of that, it's being authentic in your words and actions.
"Faking it" will only make you feel worse about yourself because you'll feel like an imposter.
Thinking it is not enough.
Being it is what it takes.
I can't by any means tell you that by doing X, Y, and Z, you will be confident.
That equation is going to look different for every one of us.
What I can tell you is this...
By pursuing your potential and working hard every single day to build your ultimate life...
You can earn your confidence.
Here's what I suggest you do...
We all have a crazy vision in our minds about who we want to be and what we want to accomplish in life.
It's normal.
But if you're doing nothing to pursue that vision of yourself that lives in your head...
Is it really a surprise to you that you have no confidence?
I truly believe that living your life in pursuit of your own true potential is exactly what it means to be successful.
If you haven't created a plan and started taking action toward the life you actually want...
You'll never feel confident in yourself.
Confidence is earned through proving to yourself what you're capable of.
The more intentional you become about challenging yourself...
The more confidence you'll build over time.
Start seeing these challenges as investments in growing your self-belief and confidence.
Do things you don't think you're physically capable of doing...
Do things you don't think you're mentally capable of doing...
Do things that will make you uncomfortable...
Do things that scare you...
Do things that will make you better.
These are situations you can leverage to build yourself into someone you are proud of and confident in.
If you say you're going to do something ... do it.
Working out...
Following a diet...
Knocking out extra work tasks...
Reading 10 pages of a book...
No matter what it is, keep the promise.
If you had a friend who constantly fell through on the promises they made to you...
Would you really be confident in their ability to do anything?
Of course not.
The same can be said about the person who looks back at you in the mirror.
Building your confidence through execution is a very simple concept to understand.
It's not a simple concept to apply.

"Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work in hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus."
That’s a quote attributed to Alexander Graham Bell, who patented the first telephone … and the sentiment is 100% true.
We all know that achieving great things in any aspect of life requires us to be the best possible version of ourselves. We need a sharp mind, laser focus, and a powerful memory. Unfortunately, we live in a world...
You’re at your desk. You’ve got a deadline to hit. You should be locked in. You should be focused…
…but your brain is screaming at you to check your phone, check your emails, or do anything except work on the thing that you should be doing…
…and so you say to yourself…
“I have an attention...
Everyone has an opinion on 75 HARD.
The skeptics call it extreme. The medical establishment asks for peer-reviewed studies. The critics say it's not sustainable.
Here's what they're all missing…
They're evaluating the program through the lens of a “fitness challenge” instead of through the lens of what it truly is … a transformative mental...
