Truly successful people understand one thing very well ... they are a constant work in progress.
There will always be something they can improve on...
Whether it's their skillset...
Their knowledge...
Their mental toughness...
Their relationships...
It doesn't matter.
Self-development is a never-ending process that you must embrace if you want to achieve greatness and become successful.
Self-development is what you're doing in your free time to get better.
Most people think they can just go to work, put in the minimum effort to slide by, and one day they'll end up being successful.
That's not the case.
You have to always be working to build new skills, learn new things, and broaden your perspective.
The resources are all available to you, so there are no excuses.
There are an endless number of ways you can practice self-development.
Here are just 7 of the best ways…
What’s the difference between being illiterate and not reading?
In my opinion…
Nothing is different.
Both people are limiting their potential significantly because they aren’t taking advantage of reading.
Books are a great way to learn from others who are on the road ahead of you.
You'll learn from their failures...
You'll learn from their successes...
You'll learn from their experiences.
Books will also give you perspective that you can’t gain anywhere else.
If you can take away even one thing from a book, it will never be a waste of your time.
Reading is single-handedly the best way to develop yourself.
Self-development also requires self-awareness.
When you're being honest with yourself, you know there is a lot that you have to improve on.
You have to be humble and recognize this.
When you learn to identify the weak areas of your life, you'll know exactly what you need to practice and develop within yourself.
If you don't have the awareness that you've got a lot of work to do, you won't ever progress in life.
Another great way to develop yourself is through doing difficult things.
Comfort breeds complacency.
If you aren't challenging yourself, you won't ever have to fine-tune yourself or go through any struggles.
When you overcome struggle, you will learn and develop your skillset.
This is all part of the process of self-development.
The more you can condition yourself to doing hard things, the better.
Get uncomfortable, and watch yourself grow.
I talk about it all the time...
The magic number for achieving success is 10,000.
Here's what I mean...
The more conscious reps you take while focusing on improving every single time…
The more you’ll develop that skill.
You have to repeat this process AT LEAST 10,000 times if you want to become a true master.
The best basketball players have shot the ball so many times that it comes as naturally as walking.
This is the level of dedication you must have to become the best version of yourself.
You have to practice your skills to keep them sharp and refine them further.
Put in the reps, and you'll develop yourself quickly.
If you really want a bullet-proof way to develop yourself...
You need to do 75 HARD.
75 HARD is a transformative mental toughness program that will completely overhaul your life and help you build skills such as confidence...
Grit...
Self-belief…
Self-worth…
...and so much more.
It will quite literally change who you are fundamentally as a human being.
Find somebody in your life who has the life that you want and pay attention to them.
These are great people to learn from.
When you focus on building a relationship with them and simply asking for their help...
You'll get knowledge from them that will be extremely valuable for your self-development.
Just be careful about who you decide to trust and shadow...
Every other "entrepreneur" on social media may look like they have it together on the outside...
But behind the scenes ... these people are struggling to pay their bills.
A huge component to self-development is forming new, productive habits.
One tool I've used to form new habits and win every single day is The Power List.
It's a list of 5 critical tasks that you must complete every day to reach your goals long-term and win the day.
If you complete all 5 tasks, you win the day.
If you miss any of the 5 tasks, you lose the day.
The Power List was created to help you build momentum, and develop the habit of winning.
If you win enough days, you'll win the week…
If you win enough weeks, you'll win the month…
If you win enough months, you'll win the year...
If you win enough years, you'll win in life.
When you develop the habit of winning, you will always be in a state of self-development.
You will become unstoppable.
The #1 thing that separates the good from the great in life is self-development.
When you’re convinced that you are “good enough” … you will start losing.
If you really want the things you say you want, you have to be focused on personal growth.
You have to take the necessary steps to stand out amongst everybody else.
You’ll become more valuable…
You’ll earn more money…
You’ll become a better leader…
Which will make you a better person.
The truth is ... your life will never be the same if you commit yourself to self-development.
75 HARD is an ironman for your brain. It's a rigorous program that I created to help you build mental toughness and get a taste of your true potential in life.

This isn't a "fitness challenge" like everybody else on the [...]
The single biggest lie we’re told in society today is that we're entitled to value and feel good about ourselves.
It's that we're entitled to be confident...
We're entitled to high self-esteem...
We're entitled to feel worthy...
Maintaining a good routine is crucial for creating momentum and building the life you truly want.
It can help you execute and give you a feeling of control by approaching your day in a proactive way.
Without any sort of routine or daily critical task list...
You are forfeiting all control and reacting to what happens to...
