All of us have a mental framework that influences the way we think and how we perceive the world.

It's called your mindset.

...and your mindset will play a significant role in influencing the outcome of your life.

It dictates everything.

Your career.

Your relationships.

Your health.

Everything.

If you want to become truly great and build a life on your terms...

You need to free yourself from the mindset that keeps most people average.

The wrong mindset will ruin your entire life.

But with the right mindset...

Anything will be possible for you.

Today I'm going to teach you how to change your mindset and create massive wins in life.

Eliminate The Mindset Keeping You Average

The internet is infested with "success" content from all these different pages and people.

But ... How do you know if these people have any idea what they're talking about?

You have no idea.

None.

As someone who's been in business for over 25 years and has built several successful companies from the ground up...

I can promise you that most of them don't.

So quit buying the lies these people are selling you.

These "gurus" have created the false perception that success is only possible for those who "grind" 20 hours a day ... 7 days a week ... and 365 days a year.

That's just not true.

But it's this belief that has contributed to the idea that being "busy" is what it takes to win and create success.

This mindset is what keeps most people confined to an average existence.

Because the real world will never reward anyone for how "busy" they are.

In the real world...

You are rewarded based on the results you produce.

Nothing else.

Start Valuing Efficiency Over Being "Busy"

Being busy is not a symbol of success.

It's a sign of being unorganized, ineffective, and mentally weak.

Not a single person you look up to cares how hard you work or how busy you are.

They only care about how effective you are and the results you produce.

They don't care how many calls you make.

They don't care how many appointments you have.

They don't care how many emails you send.

They don't care how early you show up.

They don't care how late you stay.

They don't care how many hours you clock.

They care about RESULTS.

That may sound harsh ... But it should be a relief to you.

You don't have to pretend or act like you're busy all the time.

Instead, you can focus on producing a result as opposed to being busy.

So, how can you transition from the mindset of being busy to the mindset of being productive?

How to Change Your Mindset

Transitioning your mindset from being busy to being effective is not complicated.

That doesn't mean it's not hard.

I recommend you follow this 3 step process...

1. Take Inventory of How You Spend Your Time

How are you spending your time?

Have you ever tracked it?

You may not like to hear this, but it's what you need to hear...

You probably have a number of hours every day that aren't spent as productively as they could be.

...and because you don't keep track of how long you actually spend doing these things...

You think you don't have any time.

The reality is, you're just bad at managing your time.

Want to know how to change your mindset? This is step one.

Without the awareness of how you're spending your time currently...

You will never be able to use it more efficiently to produce results.

2. Make A List of Your Critical Tasks

After you identify how you're spending your time, you have to identify how you could be spending your time to move forward.

This is when you should make a critical task list.

I'm not talking about your goals list.

I'm not talking about affirmations.

I'm talking about a list of critical tasks that are outside of your normal everyday habits.

If you work out every day ... Working out is not a critical task because it's already a habit you have.

Consider what tasks you can start doing everyday that will move the needle forward in your life.

Consider the things that will take you from where you are currently ... to where you want to be.

Use this information to identify the actions you can start taking today.

This is a huge deal ... and not to mention, very simple ... yet it's something that most people never do.

They never learn to make a list of their critical tasks.

...and if they don't do that, they certainly can't do the third step which is execution.

3. Execute Your Critical Tasks With The Power List

The Power List is a tool that will help you build the habit of winning.

It all starts with winning the day.

Here's how the Power List works...

1. Write down your 5 most critical tasks for the day.

2. Execute on your tasks.

3. Repeat the next day.

When you complete all your critical tasks for the day ... You win the day.

When you fail to complete any of your critical tasks for the day ... You lose the day.

The Power List puts the scoreboard directly in front of you.

When you use this tool correctly and start stacking the daily wins on top of each other...

You are manufacturing momentum that will help you continue to win and make progress.

Eventually ... Winning becomes a habit.

You don't have to grind 20 hours a day like all these other gurus will tell you.

Average people pretend to be busy.

Effective people don't care about being busy. They care about the results they produce.

That's why I created The Power List.

How To Change Your Mindset: Other Tips

The "busy" mindset is the most common and most destructive mindset there is.

If you're focused on winning...

If you have goals...

If you are willing to do the work...

You're already in the mindset of achieving success.

Now you just need to adjust your mindset around what it will actually take for you to be successful.

Hint: It's going to take far more than you think.

Expect Your Journey to Be Difficult

No matter what path you take in life...

There are going to be challenges.

Having the expectation that achieving your goals will or should be easy is a flawed mindset.

It's an unrealistic expectation that will leave you frustrated and bitter.

This is why most people quit.

They'll try something new...

Give it their 80% effort for a few months, or even a few years...

...and as soon as things get difficult, they move on because it just "wasn't for them."

The reality is, they had an unrealistic expectation and mindset around what it would actually take for them to be successful.

Winning is hard.

Expect it.

Instead of spending your entire life in search of the easy path to success that doesn't exist...

Adopt the mindset of building yourself into someone who is strong enough to handle the adversity along the journey.

Doing otherwise is the same thing as tossing your opportunity to win in the trash.

Remove Yourself From Negativity

If your intention for wanting to change your mindset is to start thinking more positively...

Start by exercising some gratitude.

Your life and your situation is not as bad as you think it is.

The fact that you have a device you can read this on tells me everything I need to know.

...and if you take time every day to identify at least three things you're grateful for...

It's extremely difficult to be negative or frustrated with your current situation.

But there's another component to this equation ... and it's making sure you are actually taking the actions necessary to improve your situation.

You can't be happy with yourself or feel positive about a bad situation if you aren't doing anything to change it.

If you are ... good. Keep doing it.

You may not love the situation you're in currently.

...But I promise you if you're doing everything you know you need to be doing to fix it...

You'll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and be proud of yourself.

Start Consuming Better Content to Change Your Mindset

We are inundated with propaganda...

Negativity...

Lies...

Stupidity...

...and everything in between in the mainstream media and on social media.

Stop consuming crap content and start consuming content that will improve the quality of your life.

Had I never built the habit of picking up a book and reading 10 pages every single day...

No ... I'm not talking about Harry Potter books.

I'm talking about non-fiction, personal-development focused books.

Consuming this content regularly will help shape your mindset and way of thinking.

Surround Yourself With Winners

You are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

This statement couldn't be any more accurate.

Who you surround yourself with will have a far greater impact on your mindset, habits, and beliefs than literally anything else.

If you want to change your mindset...

Use heavy discernment when it comes to the people you allow into your circle.

If they aren't inspiring your growth and development...

Your relationships will be the anchor that keeps you dead in the water.

Make sure this isn't the case.

Change Your Mindset With Mental Toughness

Your mindset will influence every aspect of your life.

But even with a bulletproof mindset...

There are going to be plenty of days when you don't want to do the work required.

We all have these days.

This isn't a reflection of a poor or flawed mindset ... It's normal.

That's also why your mindset isn't everything when it comes to building the life you truly want.

At the end of the day ... The only thing that matters are the results you produce.

...and producing the best possible results requires execution.

Your mindset won't be enough to carry you through the days when you don't feel like doing the work.

Your mindset won't be enough to execute despite the conditions.

Your mindset won't be enough to keep executing at a high level consistently over the course of time.

You need mental toughness.

It's the single most important skill you need to take complete control of your life and achieve anything you set your mind to.

Start building this skill ... and nothing can stand in your way.
