I think we can all agree that there are massive upsides and downsides to social media.

On one hand, we are able to share our message and communicate with anybody and everybody at the touch of our fingertips. Which if you think about it ... it’s a truly incredible thing.

On the other hand, social media has also allowed people to easily deceive and manipulate others through the messages they promote and the specific image they choose to showcase ... and even then, what you see from them online could very well be fake.

In fact, most of the time it IS fake.

This is a huge problem, especially in the personal development/entrepreneurial space. Everybody is selling the "secret to success" online. The truth is, most of these "gurus" literally haven't secured a single win in their lives.

They throw on a suit ... rent an exotic car ... then proceed to lie directly to your face about how they can help you make all this money and build the life of your dreams.

It disgusts me. It's wrong. But above all else … it discredits the entrepreneurs and business people who are actually trying to help others become truly great.

The truth is ... becoming successful is not rocket science. It's actually very simple. The hard part is the work it takes to get there.

But I’ve always believed that everyone should know exactly what it takes to be successful.

It's not a "secret" that you ask people to pay you for.

My "secret to success" isn’t a secret at all…

It’s a tool.

I call it The Power List.

I've used it every single day for the last 20+ years in business.

It works ... there’s absolutely no question about it.

The Power List is a simple strategy that requires you to complete 5 critical tasks a day ... no more, no less.

I'll teach you everything you need to know about the Power List and critical power list tasks.

This is what you've been looking for, and I'm going to give it to you for free.

Before I do that, there's something you should know about me...

Why Can You Trust Me?

If you don't know who I am, my name is Andy Frisella. I started a business from scratch … and managed to build some companies that do 9 figures a year.

I'm being very literal when I say we had nothing. My business partner Chris and I maxed out our credit cards to finance the inventory in our first store.

We slept in the back of the store for the first year on a couch and piss-stained mattress we got from the Salvation Army.

Not because we wanted to ... but because we didn't have any other options.

We were two broke 19 year old kids in college with huge dreams.

We had 0 credit, which forced us to pay a year's rent upfront for that store.

We got that money from painting the stripes in parking lots that summer in 100 degree midwestern heat.

So I understand what it takes to build something great from nothing at all.

My game plan has always been simple ... really simple: The Power List. Here's how it works...

What is The Power List and How Does it Work?

The Power List is pretty much what you'd imagine it to be ... it's a list. However, let me be very clear about what it isn't...

The Power List isn't a checklist.

It isn't a to-do list.

It isn't a list of habits you already have.

It isn't a hack or secret.

It is nothing more than a list of 5 critical tasks that you must complete each day to help you make progress toward your biggest goals and dreams in life.

The entire concept of The Power List is to develop winning habits in your life. It's a super simple, yet powerful concept.

If you complete all 5 of your critical tasks between the time you wake up and the time you go to bed ... you win the day.

If you fail to complete all 5 of your critical tasks ... you lose the day.

The habit of winning is built through consistently executing on your critical tasks.

Think of it like this...

If you win enough days, you win the week.

If you win enough weeks, you win the month.

If you win enough months, you win the year.

If you win enough years, you WIN YOUR LIFE.

Successful people make a plan and execute on that plan consistently over a long period of time. That's all it is.

Are there other nuances to success? Sure.

But above anything else, if you can train yourself to execute every single day ... You will win.

Just make sure your critical power list tasks are actually going to help you get where you want to go in life.

I'll give you some direction on exactly what kinds of tasks these should be...

What Are Critical Tasks?

Critical tasks are the most impactful things you need to do every day to help you attain a very clear and specific outcome.

Read that again. This isn't "do the dishes" or "take the dog for a walk" ... these tasks will not move you forward in life.

These tasks are also in addition to your current responsibilities … not in replacement of them.

First, you have to determine what your biggest goals and dreams are in as much detail as possible.

Next, you have to reverse engineer these goals into daily actionable steps that will help you reach those goals.

I can't give you 5 random tasks and tell you to do them to be successful ... that would be a lie.

Your critical tasks are going to be exclusive to YOU and YOUR GOALS.

Let me give you an example...

Let’s say you want to become the best salesperson at your company. These are all examples of acceptable critical tasks that you could put on your Power List:

1. Call 2 current customers to check in on them.

2. Read 10 pages of a book that will help you become better at sales.

3. Meet 1 new person who could benefit from your product/service.

4. Role-play a challenging customer interaction with one of your co-workers.

5. Listen to 1 episode of a business/sales podcast.

These may not even be the best tasks to help you reach the goal. This is just an example.

But, as you can see, there aren't 5 universal critical tasks you can do to become successful.

They are going to depend on where you’re at and your goals.

There are just a few more things you should know about The Power List before you go out and put it into play for yourself...

There's More to The Power List Than Meets the Eye

I'm being serious when I say The Power List is as simple as completing 5 critical tasks to move you closer to your goals every day.

But there are some important components to The Power List and critical tasks that you should know about…

1. When a Critical Task Becomes a Habit, Find a New Critical Task

Like I said earlier, your critical tasks are not habits that you already have. You have to be conscious of this with your tasks.

If you do the same critical task every day for 21 days in a row … that critical task has become a habit.

Once this happens … you need to replace it with a new critical task.

That doesn't mean you stop doing that critical task ... it means you continue doing it, as well as a new task.

After all, that task has become habitual. There is no longer a reason for you to keep it on your Power List.

This is how you can create massive momentum and take your progress to a whole new level.

2. Every Day Means Every Single Day

Most people think that chasing their goals and dreams is reserved for Monday through Friday.

No wonder why most people never reach their goals.

If you truly want to win like you say you do ... you have to execute on The Power List every single day.

Yes, that includes Saturday and Sunday.

Have you ever considered just how much you're leaving out on the table when you ignore your goals on the weekend?

It's close to 30% of your life.

Never waste a weekend. Make sure you are executing on your critical Power List tasks every day.

3. As Your Goals Evolve, Your Tasks Should Too

The more you accomplish, and the more you come to recognize your true potential...

The bigger your goals and dreams will become. This is a natural part of the process of becoming truly great.

Instead of keeping the same critical tasks ... start demanding more of yourself.

Comfort breeds complacency, and bigger goals are going to require bigger actions.

If your Power List has the same critical tasks for longer than 6 months, I would consider re-evaluating your effort and intentions with The Power List.

At that point, you're doing it wrong and you know it. Don't lie to yourself.

The Power List: Your Daily Guide to Dominating Life

We all inherently know what it's going to take to be successful. We all know it's going to take commitment and a lot of hard work.

The Power List and your critical tasks create a simple game plan you can follow to reach your goals and continue to push for more.

There is no secret.

If you're looking to start building the habit of winning the day, then grab a notebook and start making your Power List now.

Don’t have a notebook? No problem … you can get The Official Power List Here.

Each page gives you space to write down your critical tasks, jot down important reminders and notes, and even keep track of the book you're reading.

I also did a podcast that covers the topic of winning the day in depth. You can listen to it here.
