I hate recognition.
To me, winning is the standard.
It's what we're SUPPOSED TO DO...
...and since I fully expect to win...
I don't get overly excited about it.
There will always be more work to do … and I will never stop looking for the holes in my game.
But, I've seen far too many people fail miserably in life because they over-celebrate their wins.
Instead of focusing on creating their future wins...
They get caught up in the temporary glory of their small wins … only to get passed up by the people who continue to do the work regardless of how many wins they've accumulated.
You and I have a lot of fucking work to do to accomplish the shit we dream of...
That's the truth.
Which is why you have to remember this...
The longer you celebrate your wins now…
The longer you keep yourself from winning in the future.
