It's insane how much harder we make our lives with the wrong internal dialogue.
There are plenty of days I don't want to show up.
But I show up anyway.
...and when I do...
I love it.
It's not the tasks you have to do that cause the suffering…
It's the dreadful anticipation of the tasks that causes the suffering.
Quit thinking of your daily tasks as things you "have to do."
Start thinking of them as things you GET to do.
Keep that in mind for all areas of your life and things will change.
