Society will try to tell you that caring about others is all about being "gentle" and "nice" to them.
But if you actually saw someone you care about breaking the promises they made to themselves...
What would you do?
Would you "be nice" by looking the other way ... and let them fall short of their potential?
Or...
Would you hold them accountable ... and have those tough conversations that will ultimately help them progress in life?
Because here's the reality of the situation...
If you ACTUALLY care about someone...
You'll be ruthless in your efforts to help them improve.
You'll teach them the necessary skills...
You'll set a high standard...
You'll hold them to that standard...
...and as a result ... you'll help them build the life they truly want.
Most people consider this behavior to be "rude" and "unnecessary"...
But this is one of the biggest misconceptions in society today.
If you actually care about the people in your life...
Hold them accountable.
Or you can continue being "nice" and watch them fail in life.
The choice is yours.
