Have we ever had more uncertainty in our lifetime about so many different things?

I can't remember one.

A lot of people are going through a dark time right now.

Let's not forget, if you’re reading this, a lot of people have it worse than you.

If you’re having a tough time, remember you aren't alone.

...and it won't last.
