Humility in Preparation, Cockiness in Execution

All high-performing individuals understand this concept and make it a part of who they are.

They may not talk about it out loud...but I assure you this is the internal conversation framework they follow.

Society will tell you to be humble and they are right...because without humility we can't learn and get better...it's literally impossible.

However...what nobody talks about is the internal dialogue and usefulness of confidence/cockiness...it's just as necessary for performing at a high level.

And because of that, most people practice humility to a fault and allow it to cripple them when it comes time to do the damn thing!

Retrain your internal dialogue and watch what happens to you in your life.
