Most people are good employees.
They know how to follow a game plan...
Execute on that game plan...
Stay somewhat consistent...
Work for 8 hours...
Collect their paycheck...
...and live the same life as everybody else.
But I promise you this...
Good employees aren't the motherfuckers getting paid.
Good employees are actually cogs.
If it comes down to it ... they can easily be replaced with someone else … and the company won’t skip a beat.
Great employees are much different…
They don't just follow the plan, execute on the plan, and stay consistent in their execution...
They also identify holes in the plan...
Create solutions to fix those holes...
Implement those solutions...
...and replicate their skill set in the people around them.
Great employees are the real motherfuckers getting paid.
...and if you're an entrepreneur/business owner...
Guess what?
These same principles also happen to be what separates the good entrepreneurs from the great ones.
So if you're not happy with where you're at … ask yourself this...
Are your standards of operation in line with what it takes to be GOOD?
Or are your standards of operation in line with what it takes to be GREAT?
