Collective Consciousness

You ever watch a flock of birds flying together in the sky?

They all fly in the same direction…

At the same speed…

Then suddenly, out of nowhere ... the whole group changes direction at the same time.

Have you ever thought about how they do that?

The best I can describe it is a “collective consciousness” where they all know instantly what to do and where to go.

That’s what you should aspire to achieve in your company, team, or community.

The teams & companies that are the best of the best do this.

How do they do it?

It's surprisingly pretty simple:

Every single team member visualizes and works for the same result that the company is after.

They make the company goals part of their individual goals.

So they all work for it simultaneously…

Together, they create “collective consciousness.”

It doesn't matter if you are the leader of your company, or working within someone else's company.

You need to instill and develop “collective consciousness” in your team.

Like a flock of birds…

Always moving in the same direction…

Always together.

If you can do this collectively as a team ... you can accomplish anything.
