Nobody is coming to save you.
You keep saying: “Someone has to do something”.
I agree.
That someone is you.
It’s us.
As individuals.
In our own lives.
Everyday.
We start by not being mindless little peasants who do what they are told who continue to walk ourselves deaf, dumb and blind into our own demise.
Go stand naked in front of the mirror.
What do you see?
Go take a good look at your financial situation.
What do you see?
Audit the information you consume.
What do you see?
Audit the example you are setting for the people around you.
What do you see?
Here is the truth many of you do not want to hear:
The same apathy and deflection of responsibility that has created your personal situation you are frustrated with has created the collective situation we are facing in society, culture, this country and the world.
Nobody is coming.
It’s you.
It’s us.
If you want the situation in society to improve…
We must first improve ourselves as individuals.
You can’t build a house with crumbling bricks…
…and you can’t build a strong, prosperous, civil, just culture & society with weak individuals.
It’s literally impossible.
If you aren’t working relentlessly to handle your part of the problem you have no ground to stand on and bitch about the way things are.
You’ll get what you get.
You created this and it’s your job to fix it.
When we all do that in our own lives everything else in society, culture, this country and the world will follow.
It has no choice.
Personal excellence is the ultimate rebellion.
Literally.
Ask yourself:
Are you currently part of the problem or part of the solution?
