Are You Irreplaceable?

It doesn't matter who you are...

It doesn't matter what you do...

It doesn't matter where you are on your journey...

If you think you're irreplaceable...

You're wrong.

Everyone is replaceable...

...and thinking otherwise is arrogant and will cost you everything.

This is something all winners understand very well...

Which is the reason why they practice true humility.

They work like they are way behind because they know they can be beat.

They never forget it.

As soon as you begin to think you're irreplaceable...

…or somehow better than anybody else...

You will get your ass beat by the people who continue to put in the work regardless of how great they've become.

You have a lot to learn...

The sooner you acknowledge this fact and discipline yourself to developing your skill set...

The more value you'll build in yourself.

Just because you can't become irreplaceable...

Doesn't mean you can't become extremely hard to replace.
