Your energy is a currency.

One that you only have so much of.

Every time you let others dump their problems on you...

Drag you into their drama...

Argue about shit that doesn't matter...

...and complain about everything...

You allow them to drain your energy dry.

That means they are quite literally robbing you of the currency you need to go out and build the life you truly want.

You may think you're being helpful.

You may think you're being a good friend.

You may think you're being kind and supportive.

Trust me ... You're not.

It is not your job to be somebody else's therapist.

You're not going to fix anyone's problems for them.

You can't.

They have to.

So quit giving away your energy for free.

Your future is begging you.

Set boundaries.

Protect your energy.

Guard it like your life depends on it.

Because it does.

You only get so much energy to spend every day.

Never let anyone spend it for you.
