Then try and hold yourself to them.

After a while you will begin to see your life change, and you’ll find yourself setting higher standards for bigger and bigger groups of people.

As the groups of people grow in size, the amount of money you will likely earn increases dramatically.

As the groups grow in size you will feel more and more pressure to bend your standards.

The longer you can resist bending your high standards no matter how much pressure you feel to do so...

...the further and higher you all will go.
