Money is neither good nor bad...
It's inanimate...
It can't be either...
But our "humble" society today will tell you otherwise.
They'll say money changes you...
They'll say money is the root of all evil...
They'll say having or wanting money is selfish...
And as soon as you begin to pursue wealth and monetary success...
You'll be shamed and pulled back down by the people around you.
Here's the truth...
Money doesn't change you...
It simply amplifies who you already are.
Your values and moral alignment will not change just because of your income or the balance in your bank account.
Why do you think so many people who win the lottery end up losing everything?
It's because they never had anything to begin with...
Their work ethic didn't change...
Their mindset didn't change...
Their spending habits were just scaled according to the wealth they accumulated.
Bad people will always be bad people...
Good people will always be good people...
Money or no money...
Wealth just gives them a bigger platform to project who they are, what they value, and how they contribute.
People pretend that they are somehow morally superior for not pursuing money, and use this as a justification for their laziness and poor work ethic.
To that, I say this...
A $20 donation has far less impact than a $20,000 donation.
