Embrace Uncertainty

Andy speaking on a stage

When I first started my business back in 1999, I didn't know shit.

I didn't know how to order inventory...

I didn't know how to hire employees...

I didn't know how to talk to people...

I didn't know how to provide value...

I was just a 19 year old kid with massive aspirations.

Were there times where I felt uncertain?

Every day.

But what I realized was this…

You don't have to have everything figured out.

Uncertainty will always be present.

Instead of running from it…

Embrace it.

It's a necessary factor in the process of becoming truly excellent.

Most of what I've learned has come through the lessons and experiences derived from the journey itself...

...and I'm still learning new shit every day.

But had I never committed myself to putting one foot in front of the other regardless of the uncertainty...

I wouldn't be anywhere fucking close to where I'm at today.

Will you be able to say the same for yourself?
