My business partner Chris and I decided to start our first business in 1999…

This was our retail business, Supplement Superstores.

For a long time...

We struggled...

Badly...

Just like any other business in the start.

But even after 10 years…

We were only making $695 a month.

We had to work other jobs just to keep ourselves above water…

We were so frustrated…

And we knew we could make more money working literally anywhere else.

But there was one thing about what we did that we enjoyed more than anything else…

It was the incredible physical transformations our customers would have.

People were coming in after 6, 7, or 8 months of training and they were unrecognizable.

They had tears in their eyes talking about how their life had changed for good…

They were so happy...

And that made us happy too...

Even though we were still struggling financially.

We got to a point where we had to make a decision...

Keep our doors open...

Or try something else.

We decided the best use of our time and energy was to focus on getting people the best results possible...

In any way we could.

Everything changed for us after that...

Our business grew 100% for 5 years in a row.

Everything started to click…

We stopped focusing on what we could get from a customer...

And started focusing on what we could give.

This mindset kept us going through our struggles…

And it helped us succeed in business…

And in life.

If you ask me for the best way to grow your business...

Start caring about other people.
