Some days you wake up and everything feels perfect.

Your energy is high.

Your confidence is through the roof.

You feel unstoppable.

Other days you wake up and everything feels like shit.

You're irritated by everything.

You have no energy.

Nothing seems to be worth the effort.

You want to quit.

But in both of these mental states...

It can be easy to form unrealistic beliefs and expectations about the reality of the situation in front of us.

As soon as our expectations aren't met...

We're faced with massive disappointment.

Don't live your entire life as a prisoner of your own thoughts.

You have to learn to quiet your mind.

Take a step back.

Detach yourself from your emotions.

Focus on what's real.

Not what you think is real.

Not what you feel is real.

What is actually real.

Make a plan.

Execute.

We all have good days.

We all have bad days.

Train yourself to stay focused regardless of how you feel.

A quiet and focused mind will be your greatest weapon.
