It's become common to hear people say "know your worth" as if they are underpaid, underappreciated, or too good for where they're at in life.
The truth is, these people are exactly where they're supposed to be...
...and for good reason too.
Your worth is your worth.
If you feel like you're not being compensated or appreciated for the value you provide...
I promise you ... you're wrong.
You're supposed to work hard...
You're supposed to show up on time...
You're supposed to do your job well...
You're supposed to pay your bills...
You're supposed to provide for and take care of your family...
Doing the bare minimum to be a functioning member of society is not special or anything to be celebrated.
Take a look in the mirror and give yourself an honest evaluation of where you can improve.
If you're being honest...
You have a lot of work to do.
As do I.
Raise your standards.
Raise your level of execution.
Raise the amount of value you bring to the table.
That's how you increase your worth.
