Average Doesn’t Deserve Recognition

Quit looking for a pat on the back every time you do something good.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK HARD.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT TEAM PLAYER.

If you're seeking acknowledgement for that...

You will be very disappointed.

Average does not deserve recognition.

Are you dominating?

Are you solving all the problems?

Are you doing everything you can to improve yourself daily?

Are you helping other people level up?

Are you doing ALL OF THAT…

With consistency...

With extreme attention to detail…

…and with urgency?

If you do that for a decade or two…

And help people change their lives in the process...

Then maybe you deserve some recognition…

But if you get to that point … you’ll realize that you don’t really need it.
