Are You Setting a Good Example?

You are a leader.

This is a responsibility that each and every single one of us are born with.

Because whether you think so or not...

Somebody is studying the example you set … and using it as inspiration for their own life.

So ask yourself...

Are you setting a good example and showing the people you lead what it really takes to be successful and prosper in life?

Or, are you setting an example that will mislead them and confine them to a life of mediocrity and wasted potential?

I'm always aware of what people could be learning from me at all times...

...and I'm not saying I'm perfect at all...

I fuck up a lot.

What I'm saying is … this outside pressure to set the best example I can has made me a far better person in every area of my life.

...and I truly believe it's our moral obligation to set the best example we can for everyone behind us.
