Life Changing

After 38 days (36-2) of FINALLY implementing the Power List, my life is completely different in the best ways imaginable. I went from a scattered list of tasks that I was knocking out as I got to them to a path paved every single day with the Power List. The momentum my business has seen in 38 days is outstanding. It goes to show that no matter who you are, no matter what your goals are, Andy is right. Accept it, admit it, and apply it. You won't regret it.

Simple but effective

Who would have thought that something so simple could change your life so much. Its only when you write down tasks you want to accomplish you realise how much you've been cruising on autopilot, even if you've managed to already achieve a degree of success.

Good compliment to the 75 Hard program

When learning about the program for 75 Hard, I initially thought that I needed to get a journal to capture day to day specifics - how I was feeling, my energy levels, what I thought was challenging vs easy, etc - so this book naturally does the job. I’m able to specifically capture what I’m eating day by day, the exact timing of each respective workout, as well as any activities I do above the requirements (ie. Daily meditations, saying the Rosary, additional workouts, etc).

I find this book to be a good substitute for the app, since I’m trying to minimize my daily device timing. Strongly recommended for anyone looking to capture specific detail while executing 75 Hard.
