    I picked up a hat and a shirt !

    Picked up the green Operator Standard PRO TIER shirt and the black Operator Standard hat, and both are solid. The shirt fits clean, the green stands out just enough, and the black hat ties the whole look together. More than just gear, Operator Standard represents discipline, ownership, execution, and keeping your standards high. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just standards, all in all hands down love this merchandise and i'm going to be placing another order Soon.

    Quality was surprisingly great

    One thing I have noticed - after a few merch products from Andy. He doesn't go basic. his products feel like quality and something that feels good to where. This hat is no exception... plus the design is empowering if you ask me.

    Great for big hair!

    Perfect for my outdoor walks in inclement weather. Keeps my face dry and my hair doesn't pop out like a clown.

    Only request is to also have an all white one too, to help reflect the heat in summer:).
