Most people go through their life with no clear direction or purpose.

Taking whatever it is they're given and assuming that success and a good life is reserved for a select few "lucky" people.

...and I spent the majority of my life thinking this way too.

Letting myself go physically.

If you don't know me, my name is Andy Frisella.

I'm an entrepreneur, best-selling author, and public speaker -an expert in customer loyalty, branding, and building brick-and-mortar as well as online direct-to-consumer retail businesses from the ground up to generating 9-figures in revenue.

I created the 75 HARD program in 2019, and since that day ... hundreds of thousands of people have taken complete control of their life by completing the program.

I think it's cool as fuck.

Nothing makes me more excited than seeing other people go out ... make big changes ... and create massive wins in their life as a result.

I wanted somewhere I could showcase their results to share with others.

WHAT IS 75 HARD?

Allow me to be very clear: This is not a "fitness challenge" like the rest of the internet will make you believe.

If you are looking to get in shape ... There are far easier and more effective ways to do so.

So ... if you were planning to use 75 HARD as a tool to get in shape, you are completely missing the point.

75 HARD is a transformative mental toughness program.

This is about building the skill of mental toughness, which is the single most important skill you need to win in life.

Because the truth is...

The life you want must be fought for...

Bled for...

Sweat for...

...and suffered for.

Nothing worthwhile comes quickly or easily.

It takes discipline.

It takes grit.

It takes fortitude.

It takes mental toughness.

75 HARD is a program that will change your life by helping you build these skills.

It starts from within.

It's starts by conquering the weak voice that lives inside of your head and talks you out of doing the things you know you need to do to build a life of greatness.

How Does the 75 HARD Program Work?

75 HARD is a program that requires you to complete 5 critical tasks every day for the next 75 days.

There can be 0 deviations ... 0 compromises ... and 0 substitutions.

TASK #1: FOLLOW A DIET (NO ALCOHOL OR CHEAT MEALS)

You must follow a diet geared toward YOUR GOALS ... and follow it for 75 days with absolutely no cheat meals or alcohol.

Not a single chocolate chip.

Your diet can be whatever you want it to be as long as it is aligned with your specific fitness goals.

You know what's a diet food and what isn't.

Don't cheat yourself.

TASK #2: COMPLETE TWO 45-MINUTE WORKOUTS (1 MUST BE OUTDOORS)

You must complete two workouts each day during 75 HARD and they must be done at least 3 hours apart.

Both of these workouts must be a minimum of 45 minutes long, and one of the two workouts MUST BE DONE OUTSIDE.

It does not matter whether it's 10 degrees below zero or raining sideways ... It must get done.

The type of exercise you do doesn't matter as long as it is done with the intention of being a workout.

You can run, lift weights, do a cross-training workout, go for a walk, or even do yoga.

As long as you're getting up and getting your body moving with the proper intent.

TASK #3: DRINK A GALLON OF WATER

You must drink a full gallon of plain water each and every day.

It doesn't matter how easy or hard this task may be for you to complete.

TASK #4: READ 10 PAGES OF A BOOK (NON-FICTION)

You must commit yourself to reading 10 pages of a book that is non-fiction, educational, and can be used to improve any area of your life.

Whether it be about entrepreneurship, personal development, or a job/career related topic ... you must read AT LEAST 10 pages every day.

That does not mean you can't read more than that, but you must read a minimum of 10 pages.

You also must physically read those pages ... meaning audiobooks DO NOT COUNT toward your 10 pages for the day.

TASK #5: TAKE A PROGRESS PICTURE

You must take a progress photo every day.

If you truly follow this program to a T, you will be able to look back and see how far you've come and what you've done.
