Really enjoyed it!

Book was better than expected. I read through it really quick and loved the no nonsense approach. Definitely recommend to anyone doing the program. FYI I’m only on day 12 but feel great and glad I started.

It's a "No Brainer"

I'm not done reading it yet but so far what I love is the cut to the chase, no frills, common scene, no brainer approach. I do't feel like I'm being sold anything, just straight forward facts. If you really want to make a change, it's clear, not easy. If it was easy, what would the reward be?

I was a runner but had to quiet because of an injury, so the past eight years have had little to zero exercise. I hated it and cried inside every time I saw someone running. I finally have my injury under control and while I am not running as of yet, I am walking, knowing it's coming. It's not easy but it feels good to have the plan my body was needing. The push to commit to myself because this is what will make me a better version of who I want to be. I'm only on day five but the pleasure I got out of running, it's been sparked and as hard has it has been, I'm loving it! Funning thing, when my friend first mentioned this challenge, I said "Nope! not for me" But my runner brain said, I'll change your mind! ;)
