LIVEHARD Program

On today's episode, Andy shares the phases following 75 HARD in the LIVEHARD program that will help you in your pursuit to reach your full potential. Not only does he introduce the LIVEHARD program, but he covers everything you need to know and every task you’ll need to accomplish each day.

What is LIVEHARD?

LIVEHARD is a year-long transformative mental toughness program that helps you build skills like confidence, grit, discipline, fortitude, self-worth, self-belief, and self-esteem. It consists of four stages: 75 HARD, Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3.

The first stage of the LIVEHARD Program is 75 HARD, a 75 day program that consists of 6 tasks that you must complete every day with 0 substitutions and 0 compromise:

• Drink a gallon of water
• Read 10 pages of a non-fiction, self-development book
• Complete two 45 minute workouts (one must be outdoors)
• Follow a diet (no alcohol or cheat meals)
• Take a progress photo

75 HARD is then followed by Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3

Phase 1 is a 30 day program that requires the same 6 tasks as 75 HARD. On top of that, Phase 1 includes:

• 3 critical power list tasks (in addition to your 5 normal power list tasks)
• 5 minute cold shower
• 10 minutes of dedicated visualization

After Phase 1, you are required to wait at least 30 days before starting Phase 2. Phase 2 is a 30 day program which requires the same 6 tasks as 75 HARD. The only difference is, this stage is 30 days long.

Phase 3 is the final stage of the LIVEHARD Program and it must be completed in the last 30 days leading up to the anniversary of starting 75 HARD. Phase 3 requires the same 6 tasks as 75 HARD along with:

• 3 critical power list tasks (in addition to your 5 normal power list tasks)
• 5 minute cold shower
• Talking to a stranger (a conversation past a simple "hello")
• One random act of kindness

Completing all four stages, and the LIVEHARD Program as a whole, will help you develop a bulletproof mindset and skill set.
