You can't help people the way you're capable of helping them...

...if you're neglecting yourself.

You have to invest in yourself first.

You have to build yourself first.

Not because it's selfish...

But because you can't pour from an empty cup.

You can't be everything to everybody.

You'll never be able to give other people your best.
