This Is What It Means to Be “Alpha”

Our culture has become infatuated with what it means to be "Alpha."

The problem is...

99% of what we see and hear online about what it means to be "Alpha" is complete bullshit.

Allow me to clear up any confusion...

1. Anybody who calls themselves "Alpha" is not Alpha.

2. Being Alpha is not about being a dick.

It's not about being mean.

It's not about having an angry or aggressive disposition.

It isn't about any of that shit.

Being "Alpha" is about standing up for what's right.

It’s about setting a high standard for yourself and doing your best to live it and lead with it.

It’s about telling the truth.

Protecting the people around you.

Providing for the people around you.

Holding the people around you to a high standard.

Being kind.

Being caring.

Embracing your authentic self.

...and establishing boundaries and not being afraid to assert them when necessary.

That's it.

Quit buying the lies that some dude sells you on the internet about what it means to be "Alpha."

Be true to yourself...

Stand up for what's right and what you believe...

...and don't be afraid to hold the line when it's necessary.

Be the best you can.
