It’s designed to keep you distracted.

The algorithm doesn’t care if you grow.

It doesn’t care if you win.

It doesn’t care if you become who you’re capable of being.

It cares about one thing...

How long it can keep you scrolling.

That’s why it feeds you outrage.

Drama.

Cheap dopamine.

Anything that keeps you hooked.

Even if it's at the expense of your time and sanity.

That’s why I made a decision 6 years ago to pull my best lessons off social media and start Andygram.

No algorithm.

No bullshit.

Nothing standing in the way of you and the insights to help you build the life you dream about.

Over the years…

I’ve watched thousands of you embrace these lessons and go out to do the work.

You stopped lying to yourselves.

You stopped waiting to “feel ready.”

You started honoring your commitments.

I think that's cool as fuck.

That’s the entire point of Andygram.

Not motivation.

Not hype.

Valuable lessons to help you produce results.

But here’s the reality.

The world doesn’t change by talking about change.

The world changes by living out change.

By holding a higher standard and refusing to compromise.

Today is January 1st.

Most people are hoping this is the year things magically get better.

They only will if they execute.

Be the example for them of what that means.

Keep your word.

Do the hard shit when nobody’s watching.

Encourage people who are trying their best ... and I mean their actual best.

They won't either.
