Everybody is always quick to tell you their sad story.
How hard their life has been.
How unfair things are.
How nothing ever goes their way.
How "traumatic" their upbringing was.
How much worse they have it than everybody else.
...and how they are completely powerless to change any of it.
Or so they think.
Make sure you understand this clearly:
Playing the victim will serve you for a microsecond and cost you a lifetime.
Winners don't waste any time pouting or looking for pity.
They take ownership of their situation by accepting responsibility for their actions.
They understand that their life is a reflection of their habits and choices...
Not their circumstances.
Your life is no different.
Some people are going to have an easier path than you.
Some people are going to have a harder path than you.
Either way ... It's completely irrelevant.
What is relevant is who you choose to show up as when shit does hit the fan.
Are you going to cross your arms, stomp your feet, and cry like a bitch?
...Or are you going to take control?
The world doesn't need any more professional victims.
It needs less.
That's the truth.
