No One Is Irreplaceable

If you think you're irreplaceable...

Not only are you naive...

You're arrogant.

...and that arrogance will cost you everything in the long run.

We're all replaceable.

The minute you start to believe otherwise is the minute you will get your ass beat by all the people who continue to put in the work and develop their skill set daily.

It doesn't matter who you are.

It doesn't matter what you do.

It doesn't matter what skills you possess.

It doesn't even matter if you are the absolute best at whatever it is you do right now.

If you are not exercising real humility by constantly working to become even better...

You will be replaced.

It's only a matter of time.

Make yourself extremely hard to replace by operating as if you're way behind.

Stay disciplined to executing at a high level no matter how great you become.

That's how the game works.
