Give them something worth noticing.

Not another fucking announcement about what you're going to do.

Not another explanation of how much potential you have.

Results.

Most people want the recognition before they've built the skills.

They want the respect before they've earned the reputation.

They want credit for what they could do...

...instead of taking responsibility for what they're actually doing.

Quit playing that game.

Take all the energy you're wasting trying to look impressive...

...and put it into getting better.

Learn your craft.

Keep your word.

Finish what you start.

Do the job right when nobody would know you did it wrong.

Hold yourself to a higher standard than anybody else expects from you.

Not for a week.

Not until somebody compliments you.

Not just when there's an audience.

Every fucking day.

The people who consistently win aren't stopping every five minutes to see who noticed.
