If you know you’re willing to do whatever it takes…
…why are you anxious?
Really think about that.
A lot of anxiety around winning comes from uncertainty.
Not uncertainty about the world.
Uncertainty about yourself.
You’re not sure what happens if the plan fails.
You’re not sure what happens if the money disappears.
You’re not sure what happens if everything you built gets ripped away and you have to start over.
You’re not sure how far you’re actually willing to go.
So your mind keeps searching for security.
There isn’t any.
The only real security is knowing exactly who the fuck you are when everything goes wrong.
Knowing no matter what you’ll get where you are going.
If you have to work twice as hard, you will.
If you have to start over, you will.
If you have to sell everything you own AFTER you’ve already been successful and sleep on somebody’s fucking couch to keep the mission alive…
…you will.
That changes everything.
Because now what exactly are you afraid of?
Failure?
You’ll rebuild.
Embarrassment?
You’ll survive it.
Losing everything?
You already decided you’ll start again.
The anxiety starts losing its power the moment you stop negotiating with what you’re willing to do.
That doesn’t mean every outcome is guaranteed.
It means you become extremely fucking difficult to defeat.
Because most people can only be stopped when circumstances become more painful than their commitment is strong.
Remove that condition…
…and the entire game changes.
You don’t need to know exactly how you’re going to win.
You need to know what you’re willing to do until you do.
That’s a completely different mentality.
It’s not confidence in the plan.
It’s confidence in yourself.
The belief that no matter what happens…
you will adjust.
You will sacrifice.
You will rebuild.
You will figure it the fuck out.
At some point you have to look yourself in the mirror and make that decision.
Whatever it takes.
For however long it takes.
Then go live like you meant it.
Because when quitting is truly removed as an option…
…the number of ways the world can beat you gets very fucking small.
