Happiness Must Be Earned

One of the most destructive narratives being preached in society today is that everybody is entitled to happiness.

Bullshit.

Real happiness is not something you "deserve" or are somehow gifted at birth...

I don't care what the "spiritual gurus" or feel good memes say about happiness...

If you are willingly choosing to be much less than you could be...

What makes you think you're going to be happy?

The entire reason why your life isn't where you want it to be mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially is because you haven't bought into the concept of having to earn things.

You have to earn the right to feel good about your body...

You have to earn the right to feel good about what’s in your bank account...

Your happiness is no different.

No matter how hard you try...

You can't lie to yourself.

Trying to convince yourself you are "happy" when you've put 0 effort into pursuing your potential is a lie...

...and if I had to guess...

It’s the exact reason why you're not happy.

Understand that your happiness is in your control...

But it must be earned.

Quit looking for it somewhere else...

…or else you'll be looking your entire life.
