One of the most destructive lies being shoved down your throat is that you’re entitled to happiness.
Bullshit.
You are not owed happiness just because you exist.
You don’t get to breathe air and expect fulfillment.
You don’t get to show up half assed
and expect peace of mind to land in your lap and do a little dance.
That’s not how this works.
You don’t “deserve” to feel good about your life if you’ve been behaving in ways that make you hate who you see in the mirror.
You don’t “deserve” to feel proud
when you haven’t done a single thing worth being proud of.
Real happiness is earned.
It’s bought with pain.
Discipline.
Consistency.
Sacrifice.
You want to feel good in your body?
Then earn that right.
Lift. Train. Eat like someone who gives a fuck.
You want to feel confident in your bank account?
Then stop buying shit you can’t afford and build the fucking skillset required to win.
You want to be proud of the person in the mirror?
Then stop pretending and become someone who can’t be ignored.
These aren’t affirmations.
These are earned rights.
And no, your past doesn’t excuse your laziness…
Your trauma doesn’t justify your excuses.
Your “story” doesn’t buy you peace.
You don’t get to blame your parents…
Your job…
Your ex…
Your upbringing..
…or society.
Everyone has a fucking story.
…and deep down you already know why you’re not happy.
You’re living beneath your potential
and trying to make it feel okay.
…but you can’t lie to yourself forever.
You know when you’re cutting corners.
You know when you’re full of shit.
You know when the way you’re living doesn’t match the life you say you want.
…and that gap is why you’re miserable.
Not the world.
Not your boss.
You.
Happiness isn’t found.
It’s built.
Through action.
Through standards.
Through waking up and choosing to stop being a fucking liability to your own future.
If you’re unhappy right now…this is why.
You haven’t earned it.
Fix that.
Today.
…or keep being a miserable, unfulfilled human who spends the rest of their life wondering “what if…?”
