Multitasking is just a quicker way to fuck up a lot of things at once.

When you split your attention across doing multiple tasks at the same time...

It does not make you more efficient…

You're just creating more room for error … and you end up producing a below-average result for each task.

True high performers aren't master multitaskers...

Instead, they pour all of their energy & effort into one single task to achieve the best possible result.

Then, once that task is complete...

They start the process all over again for the next task.

If you want to become more efficient as well...

Handle each task in front of you with 100% focus and care.

If you can just do that...

The outcome of your entire life will be better.
