What your work ethic is like...

How kind you are...

...and how you treat other people.

These things matter much more than trying to manufacture a good first impression.

What I would concentrate on … is becoming a person of character and values.

People can sense that shit.

Who gives a fuck about the first impression...

What does your character say about you?

That's what really matters.
