Burnout has nothing to do with being overwhelmed or "overworked".
I don't care what you see or hear on the internet.
These people are weak.
They do not work like you work.
They do not act like you act.
They do not plan like you plan.
They do not execute like you execute.
Don't listen.
If you are feeling "burned out"...
There can only be two reasons for this...
1. You have an unrealistic expectation of the work it's actually going to take for you to get wherever it is you're trying to go.
...and most do.
Winning is going to feel like an uphill battle...
Because it is.
It's hard as fuck...
Takes long as fuck...
...and is going to require massive effort daily.
If this isn't your expectation for what it's going to take...
You're going to feel frustrated, bitter, and "burned out" as soon as shit starts to get difficult.
2. Your goals aren't big enough to keep you inspired over the course of time.
You have to cast a massive vision for the life you want.
Small and attainable goals will not manufacture the energy and excitement necessary to keep you running fast and hard for very long.
It's a recipe that will guarantee you feel burned out at all times.
Adjust your expectations...
Set massive goals...
Create a plan...
Execute.
If you do that...
It will be impossible for you to feel "burned out".
That's the truth.
