To think that college is a requirement to find a career or build a great life for yourself is bullshit.
Am I saying I'm completely against college?
Not at all.
There are a lot of very admirable professions and career paths that do require formal education.
Most do not.
I have never hired anyone based on if they have a college degree or not.
I don't even ask.
Even still ... most people are under the impression that they need an education for a safe and secure future.
That is false.
...and when it comes to the factors that will have the greatest impact on the life you build...
A college degree isn't even in the conversation.
It's irrelevant.
You know what is relevant?
Your execution.
Your attitude.
Your skill set.
Your effort.
Your commitment to learning and personal growth.
Your unwillingness to quit.
...and several hundred other things that are in your direct control right now.
If you focus on becoming the absolute best at whatever you do in an undeniable way...
You will be free to build a life on your terms.
No degree needed.
