An Underestimated Source Of Motivation

There is nothing wrong with having material motivations.

Don't ever let anyone tell you differently.

Ever since I was little...

I've always had a passion for cars.

If it had anything to do with cars, I loved it...

For me, cars have always been a strong driving force...

In my business and in my life.

If it weren't for my obsession with cars...

I would have quit…

I'd probably be digging ditches somewhere...

And there'd be no businesses...

No lives changed...

No place for my team to work & support their families...

Nothing.

My advice to you is this...

Find whatever it is that you are passionate about...

And never let go of it.

Sure, my motivations have evolved quite a bit over the past 20+ years...

And yours will too.

There is nothing that motivates me more now than seeing other people win...

But having material motivation may be the only reason you get out of bed some days...

Especially in the beginning of your journey.

Just make sure of one thing...

Never let your material motivations be your only source of motivation...

Because that alone is a recipe for disaster.
