All Great Leaders Do These 2 Things

1. You have to start thinking about accountability differently.

Most of the people who are in a leadership position…

Or who want to become a leader…

Struggle with holding their team accountable for their performance, because they see it as confrontational.

They hate holding the line because they don't want to come across as "rude"…

...and while it may appear this way…

It couldn't be further from the truth.

Understand that your constructive criticism is actually HELPING your team improve.

You are teaching them something that will have a positive impact in every area of their lives…

...and if they can't handle it...

That's their fucking problem.

2. You have to hold yourself accountable.

You can’t point out the holes in somebody else's game if you have the same holes in your fucking game.

Make sure you are executing and holding the same standards for yourself.

If you want to be a great leader who can hold the line for others to perform at their best...

You better be on your fucking A game.

Only then will you be seen as a leader.
