Action Creates Certainty

“I’m not prepared.”

“I need more information.”

“I need a better plan.”

Bullshit.

The truth is...

You will never feel ready.

When I first got started in business....

I didn’t know the answers.

I didn’t know the outcome.

I didn’t know if my plan would work.

I didn't know what it would take.

Neither will you.

Certainty doesn't come before action.

It comes after.

You don’t learn by standing on the sidelines thinking.

You learn by stepping into the arena and getting punched in the mouth.

You learn by fucking up...

Extracting the lesson...

...and applying the lesson moving forward.

Over and over and over again.

That is not a process you can bypass and thinking that you can isn't only naive...

It's arrogant as fuck.

People who wait for certainty never move.

People who move create certainty.

That's how it works.

Put yourself in the game.

Learn.

Adjust.

...and keep moving.

Certainty will come.

But only if you take action first.
