Your seat at the table must be earned.

I used to think otherwise.

I used to think that all successful people were part of a club that only a select few lucky people got invited to and granted the ability to be or become successful.

I was wrong.

Nobody is going to come along and give you a seat at the table.

You must be undeniably great at what you do.

...and there are zero exceptions to this rule.

Success is earned.

Opportunities are earned.

A seat at the table is earned.

Become highly skilled and build yourself into someone who cannot be denied.

Only then will a seat become available to you.
